        Chang'an Town, whose infrastructure has been continuously being perfected after 20-plus years of construction and development since China carried out its reform and opening-up policies, has seen a rapid development in local economy and a great progress in various social undertakings. People's living standards have been improving year by year, and an enormous and profound historical change has taken place here. The town has risen abruptly as a world-famous central town in Dongguan City by making the initial transitions from agriculture to basic industry, rural areas to urban areas, peasants to modern citizens, and villages or groups to communities. 
        Chang'an Town has taken a brand new look in the new century, and with a goal of constructing a wealthy and civilized modernized central town, the town has been strengthening its export-oriented economy, devoting major efforts to developing privately-run economy and making a new modernized city. Through the public website of Chang'an People's Government, we will publicize the information concerning the introduction to the town, investment policies, and the development of economy, culture and tourism, and we will tell our friends throughout the world every event in the development of the town in time.
