China (Chang’an) International Machinery Hardware Mould Exhibition is an international specialized fair in relation to the mould and machinery industries in China. It is authorized by Ministry of Science and Technology of People’s Republic of China and sponsored by China Machinery Industry Federation, Economic and Trade Commission of Guangdong Province and Dongguan Municipal People’s Government, as well as associated together with People’s Government of Chang’an, Hardware Machinery Mould Association of Dongguan City, Dongguan Fangda Group Corporation and Dongguan Lianguan Group Corporation.

 With the continuous and rapid economic development, China has played a significant role in the development of processing and manufacturing industries all over the world, as well as the trading market for the products of machinery, hardware and mould. Dongguan has witnessed the remarkable development of the processing and manufacturing industries of southern China, which has an important influence on the processing and manufacturing industries all over the country. In particular, Chang’an has been the industrial base of the processing and manufacturing, as well as the trading market for the machinery, hardware and mould in southern China. In 2005, Chang’an not only won the top honour as Characteristic Mould Manufacturing Base of the Provincial Torch Program of Guangdong which is awarded by Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Office, but also the China Machinery Hardware Mould Town awarded by China Machinery Industry Federation. 

Moreover, Chang’an has been successful in the annual event which is famous for China (Chang’an) Machinery Hardware Mould Fair since 2001. So far the fair has been one of the most influential exhibitions for the processing and manufacturing industries in China. Since 2006, the fair has been upgraded as China (Chang’an) International Machinery Hardware Mould Exhibition, which attracted over 800 exhibitors from Asia-Pacific and Euro-America area, such as USA, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

 The exhibition centre consists of two main halls and covers up to 120,000 square meters in total. Based on the dramatic success of the previous exhibitions, the exhibition of 2007 will take all necessary arrangements to attract world-famous factories and exhibitors in order to build interactive business relationships and create the prospective possibilities of investments in Chang’an in the future. It is expected that there will be a remarkable increase in the amount of exhibitors and exchange as well as the world-famous factories during the seventh China (Chang’an) International Machinery Hardware Mould Exhibition.
