Land Policy

    1.Overseas Founded Enterprises may apply for using land according to China's related regulations of land and provisions of doing the procedures.
 
    2.Foreign investors may purchase land for industry use by the name of foreign enterprises and investment from H.K., Macao and Taiwan or by personal name. In order to attract hi-tech project, being approved by the Town Government, big manufacture project which belong to domestic and overseas big companies can get a favorable price of using the land and the using term can be 50 years to the most.
 
    3.Any purchase of the commercial land for living must be invited public bidding and sale by the city Land Trading Center. The using term is 70 years.
 
    4.Foreign investors may rent land for industrial use according to related regulations.
 
    5.Enterprises and institutes who set up independent Research and development centers in the Town Science Park, and aim at software developing may have the following favorable policies:
 
    ¡ï The basic land fee and 3 years' administration fee are exempted 
    ¡ï Free of labour-management fee, social security fee, greenery & landscape fee and birth-control fee.
    ¡ï According to regulations stipulated by the municipality, the taxation, which is controlled by township tax authority, should be charged first and then refunded to the enterprises.
