Documents Required for Establishing Enterprises of Processing Supplied Materials 

A. Project Approval 
    The Chinese party should fill in Form of Intent for Agreement on Processing Supplied Materials, and submit to foreign economy & trade offices at the subtown level and town level, and firefighting authority, the municipal foreign trade & economy commission for approval. 

B. Contract-signing and Approval. 
    Both parties should sign the Agreement on Processing Supplied Materials at municipal foreign processing & assembling service company, and the agreement should be submitted to Municipal Foreign Trade & Economy Commission for approval with the following documents:
    1. Approval Form for Agreement on Processing Supplied Materials
    2. Approved Form of Intent for newly-signed Agreement on Processing Supplied Materials.
    3. Bank certificate of the foreign party. 
    4. Business license of the foreign party (photocopy) 
    5. ID card or home return permit (photocopy) of the legal representative of the foreign party. 

C. Registration at Municipal Administration for Industry & Commerce. 
    1. Filing & record certificate issued by Municipal Foreign Trade & Economy Commission.
    2. Approval Form for newly-signed Agreement on Processing Supplied Materials issued by Municipal Foreign Trade & Economy Commission.
    3. Form of Intent for Newly-signed Agreement 
    4. Copy of Agreement and equipment list. 
    5. Business license & Bank certificate of foreign party. 
    6. ID card or home return permit (photocopy) of the legal representative of the foreign party
    7. Application from for business operation.

D. Tax registration with tax authority at town or subtown level. 
    1. Filing & record certificate issued by Municipal Foreign Trade & Economy Commission.
    2. Approval Form for Newly-signed Agreement on Processing Supplied Materials issued by Municipal Foreign Trade & Economy Commission.
    3. Form of Intent for newly-signed Agreement.
    4. Copy of Agreement and equipment list
    5. Business license & Bank certificate of foreign party
    6. ID card or home return permit (photocopy) of the legal representative of the foreign party.

E. Registration at Customs. 
    1. Filing & record certificate issued by Municipal Foreign Trade & Economy Commission.
    2. Approval Form for Newly-signed Agreement on Processing Supplied Materials issued by Municipal Foreign Trade & Economy Commission.
    3. Business license & Business special permit of the enterprise.
